If you’re an adult baseball enthusiast in the Bay Area, the San Jose National Adult Baseball Association (SJ NABA) is your chance to hit the diamond this summer. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or someone just looking to relive your glory days, SJ NABA offers an 18+ wood-bat league perfect for every skill level.

SJ NABA organizes our divisions based on talent and age. Competitive players can battle it out with former college and pro-level athletes, while more casual players can enjoy baseball in a friendly, laid-back environment. No matter your experience, there’s a spot for you!

Key Dates & Details

• Sign-up deadline: Sunday, February 16
• Tryouts: Sunday, February 23, 2025, in San Jose

Players will be evaluated on throwing, catching, ground balls, fly balls, running, and hitting. Pitchers will throw bullpens, and catchers should bring their gear. Tryout details, including your time slot, will be shared in early February.

• Opening Day: March 23, 2025

The season runs from March through July, with postseason play in August. Game daya are Saturdays and Sundays at fields across the Bay Area, with a 16-game regular season that includes 2-3 doubleheaders. 

 

• Season Fees: $300-$500 per player, depending on the team 

Fees are managed independently by each team which cover uniforms, field rentals, umpires, insurance, and other overhead costs associated with the league.
